What's Included?

Room fee includes wired high-speed and wireless internet throughout the building, unlimited use of laundry facilities, and a Residence Activity fee.

Important Information & Dates

Residence Fees do not include the $100 application fee which is non-refundable.

You must accept your room offer no later than the date indicated under Application Process for your Early Bird Application or general Residence Application. Upon acceptance of your room offer, your room will be held until full fees or the $60 payment extension fee is due. Failure to pay your residence fees or the $60 payment extension fee by July 17, 2026 will result in forfeiture of your room.

Students in programs that start or end on dates different than the rental periods must make a request with the Residence Office for early arrival or late departure. Requests are not guaranteed. Additional fees apply for any approved nights in addition to the contract term. Students enrolled in programs that have a summer term will be required to complete the online residence application form, should they wish to continue to stay on campus.

Residence Payment Extension Form

Students wishing to postpone the payment of residence fees until they receive OSAP or other Government Assistance must complete the Residence Payment Extension Form by July 17, 2026. If you are offered a room, you will receive the form with your residence package.

 

 

Summer Rates

May to August 2026 (One Semester)

Students studying during or wishing to stay during the summer semester will be required  to apply to Residence  with the online application form.

The below rates also apply to the public  looking for long-term accommodations during this time period. Please contact our Residence office to inquire about availability.

Bank Account Payment 

To make an online bank payment, please follow these steps:

  • Choose ‘Sault College’ as the payee and arrange a direct deposit or payment
  • For account # please enter your student number
  • Email us at housing@saultcollege.ca with the exact amount of payment, the date of payment and what bank it is being paid from.

Please note: Sault College does not accept email transfers (e-transfers)
 

Payments Outside of Canada

If you are making a payment outside of Canada, click here for details  about    the process.

Once you have made a  payment outside of Canada, please email us at housing@saultcollege.ca with the exact amount of payment and the date of payment. This information allows us to readily identify your payment,  as we receive limited information through the system.
