Capture the vibrant beauty of Fall through your lens. Golden Hour: Fall Colour Photography is a beginner-friendly, two-part workshop designed to help you see the outdoors in a whole new way.


The workshop begins with a classroom session where you’ll learn the fundamentals of outdoor photography, including composition, working with natural light, and techniques for capturing vibrant fall landscapes, changing leaves, and seasonal details that make autumn so captivating.

You’ll then head outdoors for a guided photography session to put your new skills into practice in a natural setting at peak fall colour. Whether you’re using a smartphone or a camera, this workshop will help you build confidence, sharpen your creative eye, and capture the beauty of autumn with stunning seasonal images.

What to Bring:
• Camera or smartphone
• Fully charged batteries
• Extra memory card or phone storage space
• Tripod (optional but helpful for steady shots)
• Comfortable walking shoes or hiking shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Water bottle
• Small backpack or bag for gear

Optional Items
• Notebook or phone for jotting down tips
• Macro lens or zoom lens if available
• Lens cloth for cleaning

The field session will involve light walking on natural trails and uneven terrain.
